Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operations of AZ Motorz, including car rental, lease-to-own, and vehicle services
- Drive business growth through effective strategies, sales initiatives, and customer-focused programs
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with banks, insurance providers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, RTA regulations, and company policies
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and operational targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and technology-driven improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of leadership experience in automotive, rental, or leasing industry within the GCC
- Strong knowledge of financial management, fleet operations, and business development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license desirable
