The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing Abwaab's business growth, focusing on P&L management, campaign optimization, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. With a strong tech background and understanding of startup culture, this individual will play a key role in scaling Abwaab, particularly during its formative years. The GM will drive cross-functional collaboration, establishing crucial relationships with government bodies, NGOs, and other significant market players, ultimately helping Abwaab generate more revenue and position itself as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for Abwaab s business operations, ensuring financial health through strategic management of costs, revenue, and campaigns.

• Growth & Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to drive exponential revenue growth. Formulate strategies that optimize the company s revenue potential, particularly in the initial scaling phases.

• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and performance of marketing campaigns. Ensure the right campaigns are run with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Investment (ROI).

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, NGOs, and major industry players to enhance Abwaab s presence in the market.

• Strategic Partnerships: Lead the identification, negotiation, and establishment of partnerships with influential external entities that can accelerate Abwaab s growth and market penetration.

• Market Expansion & Scaling: Ensure the company scales efficiently, with a clear roadmap for growth, especially in the early years of expansion.

• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on business goals and driving a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
