General Ledger Senior Process Associate

In this role, you will Support day-to-day accounting operations including ledger management, reconciliations, and reporting. Ideal for candidates with solid accounting fundamentals and a desire to grow in a collaborative finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute core general ledger activities including journal entries, account maintenance, and period-end closing processes.
• Perform asset accounting tasks such as lease management, capitalization, depreciation, and amortization.
• Conduct account reconciliations, including intercompany transactions and group company accounts, in line with internal procedures.
• Investigate and resolve payment blocks and discrepancies within trade accounts payable.
• Process salary-related expenses and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Prepare and deliver performance and compliance reports aligned with contractual KPIs and client expectations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate financial data.
• Ensure adherence to operational schedules and respond promptly to process-related inquiries.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial activities as requested by management or clients.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting operations, with a strong understanding of general ledger processes and financial reporting.
• Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems ((SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS.
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level);

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• French language skills are an advantage.
