Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Record journal entries and ensure all business transactions are accurately documented.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering accurate financial data.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in accounts and financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting processes and systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Desired Candidate Profile
