Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of workstations, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition for use.
- Provide support to skilled workers by fetching materials, tools, or equipment, enhancing workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols to minimize hazards and risks.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in restocking to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Participate in inventory management by conducting regular checks and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Help with the transportation of goods, ensuring safe handling and compliance with company policies.
- Follow instructions from supervisors meticulously, contributing to team objectives and project deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
