Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Manage and direct site workers and subcontractors.
Monitor progress and report on project milestones.
Resolve on-site issues promptly.
Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Foreman in construction.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
