Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain general ledger records.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
• Support external and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations (VAT, etc.).
• Assist with budgeting and cost control activities..
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP B1, Tally, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
