Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and analytical support to management.

  • Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.

  • Maintain AP/AR aging reports and ensure proper collections and disbursement procedures.

  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.

  • Provide variance analysis and highlight discrepancies to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.

  • A minimum of 2 to3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.

  • Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good communication and analytical skills.
