Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the furniture production line to ensure that all orders are executed according to the clients requirements.
- Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)
- Manage all production section heads to ensure smooth operations between sections
- Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc )
- Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
- Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
- Supervise and handle all the job orders within the set time and operating budget
- Handle all the production team including job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection reports.
- Work with other relevant departments to coordinate materials and manpower planning for production.
- Plan and organize the maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure production problems are investigated and resolved in record time.
- Responsible for the inventory and maintenance of all machinery and tools.
- Responsible for the coordination of all raw materials
- Ensure that production schedules are executed within the agreed time frame.
- Ensuring that the production is cost-effective and also updating and improving whenever and wherever possible.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Supervise and handle all the job orders within the set time and operating budget.
- Handle all the production team's needs, including job orders, work standards, process flow, and inspection reports
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- Maximize the factory's performance, while minimizing any delays to ensure we meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is a Must.
- Experience Needed: not less than 10 years experience
- Experience in Furniture manufactures is a Must.
- Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team building skills.
- Results and objectives oriented.
- Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
- Experience in Managing a Furniture manufacturing plant is a Must.
