Functional Consultant (IFS Cloud ERP)

· Specialization in one or more IFS functional areas of Finance (IFS Financials), Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance (EAM)

· Creation and managing of Custom objects and events.

· Working with Dialogs and Assistants

· Logging and Debugging Support

· Develop custom dashboards and IFS Lobbies.

· Custom fields, Custom events, Custom menus

· Creation of Business Intelligence dash boards

· IFS Reports, Quick Reports, Business Reporter, or integration with BI tools (Power BI)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in workflows.

· Work closely with functional and business users to translate business needs into functional solutions. Understanding business workflows and aligning them to IFS functionality

· Testing, validation, and solution design of all processes as well as ensuring common controls throughout all modules

· Map the board room to shop floor approach and processes.

· Conducting FIT GAP analysis with business users to develop options for process efficiencies. Translating business needs into system design.

· Support the user acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts during the implementation of the new ERP system.

· Roles, projections, and user access configuration

· Writing test scripts, executing functional tests

· Preparing end-user training materials and SOPs.

· Attachments, Document classes, Lifecycle management.

· Familiarity with Excel templates and data import/export processes

· Handling cutover, data validation, and hypercare

• In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements of all IFS applications
