Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Laravel and modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices through code reviews and continuous integration.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and scalability.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, processes, and workflows.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of professional experience in full stack web development, with a strong focus on Laravel.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database architecture, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
