Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the Digital Unit: Manage the daily workflow of your team (Video Editor & Moderator) to ensure campaigns are launched on time and to a high standard.
- Creative Direction: Create clear, actionable briefs for your Editor/Designer. You don t need to edit the video, but you must define the "hook," the visual style, and the message.
- Brand Voice: Establish the guidelines and scripts your Moderator will use to reply to comments and messages, ensuring every customer interaction is professional and converts interest into sales.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Media Buying: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Budget Management: Manage the monthly ad spend with a strict focus on ROI and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Testing: Constantly A/B test audiences, creatives, and ad copy to lower our Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
3. SEO & Web Presence
- Search Engine Optimization: Manage on-page and technical SEO to improve organic rankings.
- Website Optimization: Monitor website performance and landing page conversion rates.
4. Email Marketing & Automation
- Funnels: Build automated email sequences (welcome series, lead nurturing) that turn cold leads into customers.
- Campaigns: Plan and write newsletters and promotional emails.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Business Suite to track performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports that show exactly how marketing activities are contributing to revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile
You must know how to structure campaigns, set up pixels/tracking, and optimize for conversions, not just "likes."
- Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display).
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console to drive organic traffic.
- Experience using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot to build automated customer journeys and effective newsletters.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4). You must be able to read data and translate it into actionable business decisions.
- Ability to write clear, detailed briefs for designers and video editors. You don't need to be a designer, but you must have a "visual eye" to judge quality and brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the team's workflow using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken). You will be reviewing ad copy and community responses in both languages.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to wear multiple hats shifting from high-level strategy to technical troubleshooting as needed.
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Demonstrable experience managing marketing budgets and delivering positive ROI/ROAS (be prepared to show examples or case studies).
