Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to interpret and implement design specifications, user flows, and interaction patterns from Figma files, ensuring seamless integration of visual and functional elements.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and optimal user experience. Leverage frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js based on project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures using technologies like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot to support seamless application functionality.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of web development best practices, including semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a consistent and error-free experience across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Optimize website performance by optimizing page load times, asset management, and code efficiency for scalability and user satisfaction.
  • Utilize version control systems to track code changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain a structured development workflow.
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to align development progress with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance technical expertise and drive innovation in development processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a solid technical foundation.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Figma and the ability to extract design specifications, assets, and code snippets.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHP, using frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
