Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Developer passionate about building scalable enterprise software. You’ll develop ERP modules and APIs while collaborating with AI engineers to embed smart automation and analytics into the system.

  • Design, build, and deploy ERP modules (HR, Finance, CRM, Inventory, Projects).

  • Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integrate AI-powered endpoints.

  • Build responsive dashboards and workflow UIs using modern frameworks.

  • Manage authentication, roles, and access control across multi-tenant systems.

  • Optimize database schemas and query performance.

  • Collaborate with AI engineers to consume and display AI insights within ERP modules.

  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Django/Flask for backend).

  • Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between backend and mobile apps.

  • Integrate databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs. Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot and debug issues across web and mobile platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.

  • Solid experience in backend development (Python/Django, Node.js, or similar).

  • Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, version control (Git), and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP or business software systems.

  • Familiarity with AI API integration (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).

  • Exposure to DevOps (CI/CD, container orchestration).

  • Basic understanding of accounting or business process flows.
