Fulfillment Supervisor Bosta

Job Duties:-
• Supervise the daily operations of the fulfilment team.
• Distribute and monitor workload, and motivate team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with daily fulfillment guidelines.
• On a daily basis, organize workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet company goals.
• Monitor individual and team productivity and drive continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one one-on-one coaching.
• Research and resolve pick, pack, and ship reported errors, and initiate efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing the root cause.
• Train new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures, as needed.
• Record and monitor staff attendance, approve the paid time off and perform annual performance evaluations.
• Provide department, productivity, and efficiency reporting.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with department standards.
Job Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce, inventory management, and warehousing.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Excel master user.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional level of English (speaking and writing).
• Leadership skills which grant the ability to manage an on-ground team smoothly.
