Position Overview:


As Front Office Supervisor at the QE2 Hotel, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless front desk operations, exceptional guest service, and coordination across departments. From supervising check-ins to guiding the team through night audits and room allocations, your leadership will help deliver a memorable experience aboard this historic luxury vessel.

What You ll Do:

* Supervise the front office team and coordinate work schedules, attendance, and shift planning
* Ensure prompt and professional check-in and check-out procedures, including room allocation and payment verification
* Oversee guest arrivals and special room requests; review reservations and guest correspondence in advance
* Monitor and optimize communication between front office, housekeeping, and other departments
* Conduct daily briefings and ongoing service training to maintain hospitality standards
* Handle and resolve guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction with attention to detail
* Perform duties during night shift operations, including audit procedures and system transitions
* Ensure accurate guest documentation and reservation data using Opera
* Personally inspect VIP or blocked rooms prior to arrival

Ideal Profile:

* Previous leadership experience in a hotel front office setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Opera PMS
* Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and guest service skills
* Professional appearance and high reliability
* Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
* Committed to teamwork, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
