Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects the company’s values.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, utilizing a multi-line phone system to prioritize urgent inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling with precision, coordinating between clients and staff to optimize time management and resource allocation.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that it is clean, welcoming, and stocked with necessary materials and information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in a second language preferred to enhance client communication.
