Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service in our 4-star hotel located in Beirut.
The ideal candidate is experienced, service-oriented, and capable of handling the day-to-day operations of the front office with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the front desk and guest services
Manage and train reception staff, schedule shifts, and ensure performance standards
Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and excellent guest experience
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Manager or in a supervisory front desk role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Flexible schedule able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
