Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, utilizing reservation systems to handle guest requests and preferences.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and meet quality standards for guest arrival.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of the industry.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of operations.
- Hospitality certifications such as Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP) are advantageous for candidates seeking to stand out.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is essential, enabling candidates to navigate software efficiently.
