Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver high-quality customer service in line with hotel standards.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services (Hotel industry).
IDS knowledge is mandatory.
