Position Overview
Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels, part of the global Accor Group, are seeking an experienced Front Office Executive to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily front desk operations, and ensure a smooth check-in and checkout experience. This role focuses on building strong guest relationships, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring service excellence in line with Accor s hospitality standards.

Core Duties
Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and checkout procedures professionally.
Maintain guest history records and follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Handle wake-up calls, messages, and information requests promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service delivery.
Resolve guest concerns professionally, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Prepare daily reports for arrivals, departures, VIPs, and in-house guests.
Ensure compliance with hotel cash handling and credit policies.
Maximize occupancy and room revenue through effective reservation handling.
Apply knowledge of the local area to recommend activities, shopping, and cultural attractions.
Candidate Requirements
University degree in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
Proficiency in Opera PMS.
Fluency in English; conversational Arabic preferred.
Good health, professional grooming, and a customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
