We are seeking a Front Office Executive (Receptionist & Guest Relations) to be the welcoming face of Modesta in Riyadh.

Your Role:

• Welcome clients and create a professional, luxury-first impression.

• Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and bookings.

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure seamless customer flow.

• Present Modesta’s services and offers to clients in an elegant, consultative way.

• Handle scheduling changes and client requests with professionalism.

• Maintain the reception space to reflect Modesta’s premium brand image.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Presentable with professional grooming and etiquette.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service preferred.

• Tech-savvy: able to use WhatsApp Business, CRM, or booking systems.

• Confident, proactive, and able to engage with VIP clientele.
