Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Night Manager in supervising night shift operations
Oversee Front Office, Guest Services, and Security during night hours
Handle guest check-ins/outs, requests, complaints, and emergency situations
Assists in completing night audit and preparation of daily financial reports
Ensure consistent implementation of hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Assist in training, guiding, and supporting night staff to maintain high service quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a hotel front office or supervisory role (5 stars hotel preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera or similar) is an advantage
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
