Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate for the front desk at our laundry. We are located in Jumeriah Village Circle (or JVC for short). Please find the details below for the roles and responsibilities we are looking for:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, and clean.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about services to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the launderers and driver to facilitate communication and assist in smooth operations within the organization.
  • Utilize ERP software to track customer orders and payment records of the customers and support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, taking necessary action to ensure satisfaction and uphold company standards.
  • Process incoming and outgoing laundry orders and other organization related orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who are male, holding a valid UAE driver license and willing to relocate to JVC.

  • A preference for candidates holding an associate degree in business administration or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with office management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline administrative tasks. A preference for candidates with computer literacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage positively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations, ensuring excellent service at all times.
