Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, deliveries).
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support the HR and Administration teams with general office tasks.
  • Handle visitor registration and ensure company policies are followed.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Record and update client information using the company s CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Law or Business .

  • 3 7 years of proven experience, preferably in the real estate.
  • Experience in using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
