Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome and efficiently manage the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression for Radiator Repair & Services.

  • Answer phone calls promptly, direct inquiries to the appropriate technicians, and provide basic information about radiator repair services.

  • Schedule appointments for radiator inspections, repairs, and maintenance, optimizing the technician's schedules for maximum efficiency.

  • Prepare and manage customer invoices, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed records of all transactions. Manage Cash/Credit transactions and aggressively follow-up the payments.

  • Knowledge of job costing strategy

  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or repair service environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and technicians.
