Position Overview

Raffles the Palm Dubai is hiring a Front Desk Agent to provide personalized and efficient guest service at the reception and Raffles Club. This role is critical in creating a welcoming first impression, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, cashiering, and handling guest requests professionally. Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests to the Raffles Club and front desk with a friendly and helpful attitude
* Complete check-in, check-out, and room change processes accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and reconcile cashier float; process payments and foreign currency exchanges
* Handle inquiries regarding loyalty programs, special packages, and promotions
* Respond to guest complaints and requests, escalating when needed to management
* Coordinate closely with butlers and other departments to fulfill guest needs
* Promote onward bookings within the Raffles brand network when applicable
* Prepare night audit reports, morning summaries, and ensure accounting accuracy
* Keep the reception and Raffles Club areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
* Follow established health, safety, and hotel policies

Candidate Requirements

* Post-secondary education or diploma in Hotel Management
* Minimum 2 years of guest-facing experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting
* Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest concerns calmly
* Familiarity with property management systems and front office procedures
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset
