Roles & Responsibilities
Our hotel is seeking a personable and multi-talented Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Arabic. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in creating a welcoming and informative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic will ensure that our guests receive the best personalized service available throughout their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love for you to join our team. You will handle guest inquiries and manage the guest check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and warmth. Being an ambassador of our brand, your proactive approach will help in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in process.
- Efficiently manage all guest check-out procedures and address any concerns.
- Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure all guest feedback and requests are recorded and addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information is captured.
- Resolve any guest complaints swiftly and with empathy, maintaining brand standards.
- Process payments and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to uphold guest satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and events for guest assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve guest experiences and service quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and basic computer applications.
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
