Roles & Responsibilities
·Corporate Support Executive
· **Department:** Corporate Services
· **Reports to:** Head of Corporate Support
**Purpose:** To provide administrative, coordination, and compliance support across the corporate services functions, ensuring smooth operations in line with hospitality asset management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with internal departments including HR, IT, Procurement, and Legal.
· Maintain documentation, records, and compliance registers.
· Support onboarding and communication with hotel operators and external partners.
· Assist in organizing board meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
· Manage internal communication and support corporate policy implementation.
· Prepare regular reports for senior management.
· Facilitate corporate governance, licensing, and audit readiness.
