Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site English Customer Service Specialist role located in Cairo at VXI Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Fluency in English ( B2+ - C1 )
  • Night and overnight shifts
