1. Operations & Shipment Handling

Coordinate air, sea, and inland freight shipments from booking to final delivery.

Arrange carrier bookings, trucking, warehousing, and clearance services.

Track shipments proactively and update clients on status.

Ensure timely pick-up, loading, and dispatch of cargo.

2. Documentation

Prepare and check shipment documents such as:

HBL/MBL or HAWB/MAWB

Commercial invoice, packing list

Certificate of origin (if needed)

Delivery orders

Create shipping instructions and provide accurate details to carriers.

3. Customs & Compliance

Coordinate with customs brokers for import/export clearance.

Ensure all shipments comply with local and international regulations (e.g., IMO, IATA, customs laws).

Handle DG shipments, restricted cargo, or special cargo as required.

4. Customer Service

Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Provide quotations and coordinate with the sales team.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or shipment issues professionally.

5. Billing & Cost Control

Prepare job files, cost sheets, and invoices.

Verify supplier invoices (airline, shipping line, trucker).

Ensure profitability on each shipment.

6. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with carriers, agents, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.

Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payment and collections.
