Have experience for Iraqi project, be familiar for Iraqi customs clearance procedure, especially Levy exemption procedure.

Coordinate and Manage Freight Operations:

• Oversee the entire freight forwarding process, ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align on shipping schedules and requirements.

Client Communication:

• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and deadlines.
• Provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Document Preparation and Review:

• Prepare and review all necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for international and domestic shipments.

Transportation Monitoring:

• Track shipments in real-time and monitor the status of goods throughout the transportation process.
• Identify and address any delays or discrepancies to minimize disruptions.

Cost Control and Optimization:

• Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff as needed.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

• Address any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as lost or damaged goods.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all shipments comply with local, national, and international regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on shipment performance, costs, and KPIs for management review.
