Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments

  • Prepare or review safety plans, method statements, and audit reports

  • Deliver toolbox talks and selected in-person training sessions

  • Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (construction, oil & gas, industrial, or facilities management preferred)

  • NEBOSH IGC / Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent qualification

  • Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (e.g. OSHAD, MOHRE; EIAC exposure an advantage)

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)

  • Available for freelance, project-based, or part-time assignments

  • Own visa/freelance permit preferred
