Mission

• Collect the needs expressed by users, challenge them and be a force of proposal
• Participate in the development and management of the budget of infrastructure projects in terms of JH workload and investment.
• To draft and validate the functional specifications of the changes to be implemented as well as the functional part of the calls for tenders, if necessary.
• Negotiate services with suppliers.
• Follow the design of the project (customer needs, functional specification, subdivisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria).
• Monitor the project by constituting, organizing, coordinating and leading the project team according to the specifications
• Carry out the overall management of the work, and monitor in particular the plan, the budget, the schedule, the risks and the quality, in compliance with the governance/project management methods in force.
• Supervise the different stakeholders of the project to respect commitments with sponsors and customers.
• Have the ability to synthesize and present the progress status of a project portfolio in terms of JH and investment (CAPEX/OPEX) and to raise alerts at the right time.
• Plan and lead governance bodies (Steering Committee, Supplier Committee, Internal Committee)
• Develop presentation materials for steering committees, project committees and extraordinary meetings
• Ensure that project documentation is maintained up to date.
• Organize the final acceptance of the project (tests, pre-production) and participate in the production process

Profile sought

• Bac +5 specialized in computer science, networks and telecommunications from universities or engineering schools (computer science, telecommunications, generalists), a PMP-type training and desired. You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of networks.
• Mastery of project management techniques (management of deadlines, cost, risk, quality)
• Mastery of project management processes/methods

• Know infrastructure products (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) and technical security architectures
• Have a good background on norms and standards in terms of IT networks and security systems.
