Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main duties include:

  • Support with the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the corporate budget, forecasts, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all hotel properties
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, cost optimization, capital expenditure, and investment analysis for hospitality operations
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial and operational KPIs
  • Prepare executive dashboards and board-level presentations
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
  • Champion the integration of AI and Power BI into FP&A activities
  • Collaborate with hotel FD s, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies support operational excellence and business growth
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Identify and implement best practices in hospitality finance

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with an FP&A background. Experince within hospitality/property would be an advantage.

A relocation package will be provided

Managing 1 direct report, you will deliver actionable insights, drive financial performance, and champion the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance FP&A effectiveness

Desired Candidate Profile

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with an FP&A background. Experince within hospitality/property would be an advantage.
