Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to support performance tracking.

· Support investment analysis, business cases, and budgeting processes.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Monitor KPIs, market trends, and financial benchmarks to support business growth and real estate strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

· Prior exposure to the real estate sector is strongly preferred.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance or Accounting.

· CA qualified or CFA Level II completed is mandatory.
