Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize and maintain an efficient layout for optimal workflow and accessibility.
  • Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
  • Operate forklifts to transport raw materials (such as cement, aggregates, and other additives) and finished ready-mix products within the plant.
    Ensure the forklift is operated safely, following all industry safety guidelines, such as speed limits, clear pathways, and handling load restrictions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and products from trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles.
  • Safely move and place raw materials into storage areas or prepare them for distribution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid forklift operator certification (License No 8), demonstrating proficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment, showcasing reliability and skill.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
