Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. To assist experienced forklift operators in the movement of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods within the manufacturing facility.
2. To develop a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
3. To learn and develop the necessary skills to become a proficient forklift operator.
4. To support the production process by assisting in the timely delivery of materials to workstations.
5. Assist experienced forklift operators in loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
6. Observe and learn safe operating procedures for various types of forklifts.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
9. Assist in inventory control as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
11. Participate in safety training and development programs.
