Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Available position:

Foreman Infrastructure Supervisor (Excavation, Backfilling and Road Works)  :
Supervising work teams during the implementation of infrastructure works (excavation, backfilling, and roads).

Follow up and organize Cut & Fill works and ensure they are implemented according to specifications and standards.

Supervising the operation and monitoring of heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, rollers, etc.).

Ensure compliance with safety and quality plans during work execution.

Reviewing plans and shop drawings and directing field teams accordingly.

Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure work progresses within the schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum 12-25 years of experience in infrastructure and roads.

Strong working knowledge of excavation, backfilling, road works and heavy equipment operation.

Ability to read and understand working drawings.

Skills in organizing and managing work teams on site.

Diploma or related qualification in civil or construction engineering.
