Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades including plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, and related works.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure workforce productivity aligns with project goals.
  • Ensure all finishing works meet required quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce site safety rules and compliance.
  • Carry out routine quality inspections and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Schedule and allocate workforce effectively to maintain planned timelines.
  • Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely ordering and availability on site.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly through proactive communication and decision-making.
  • Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients on progress and issues.

  • Proven experience in finishing supervision within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of finishing trades, methods, and quality benchmarks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
