Roles & Responsibilities
Overview of the Role: Zodiac Automobile Repair is hiring a highly experienced Foreman to oversee the Denting and Finishing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining workflow quality, ensuring technician productivity, and delivering top-tier results for both walk-in and insurance jobs. What You Will Do: - Supervise and guide denting and finishing technicians across multiple jobs. - Assign jobs, manage schedules, and ensure quality repair and finishing standards. - Monitor timelines and update Bodyshop supervisor on job progress. - Ensure use of proper tools, safety measures, and quality materials. - Conduct inspections post-denting and post-finishing before sending vehicles to paint. - Identify and correct issues before the vehicle proceeds to next stage. - Train and mentor junior technicians in denting and finishing techniques.
About the Team: You will report to the Bodyshop Supervisor and collaborate closely with the painting and mechanical departments to maintain smooth job flow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills to Be Successful: - 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Team Lead in multi-brand automotive bodywork and refinishing. - In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques and tools. - Strong leadership and time management skills. - Ability to maintain high quality while working with tight deadlines. - Communication in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
What Equips You for the Role: - Diploma in Auto Body Repair or a related field. - Experience in insurance-based and walk-in job handling. - A hands-on approach and leadership mindset.
