Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas.

Ensure compliance with local health regulations, HACCP standards, and company policies.

Train kitchen and service staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.

Maintain accurate food safety documentation and inspection records.

Oversee temperature checks, labeling, and storage procedures for all food and beverage items.

Investigate and report any incidents of food contamination or safety violations.

Coordinate with management and health authorities during inspections or audits.

Stay updated on current food safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
