Roles & Responsibilities



Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school graduate/ALS-certified/Graduate of B.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related vocational course.
  • With 1 year of experience from 5- star hotels, fine dining restaurants, luxury cruise ship or fine-dining buffet events.
  • HACCP trained.
  • Presentable and must have good grooming skills.
  • Confident, with pleasing personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to carry a large tray with food from the kitchen to guest tables.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and able to work under pressure.
