What You ll Do

* Supervise operations across F and B outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and banqueting services.
* Lead service teams to ensure high-quality, guest-centric dining experiences.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently and professionally.
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain service consistency.
* Support event setup and smooth execution of F and B functions.
* Monitor inventory, assist with supply orders, and maintain cost control.
* Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met across all areas.
* Coordinate with the F and B Manager for staff scheduling, reporting, and operations planning.

Ideal Profile

* 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotels or upscale dining environments.
* Strong operational knowledge of food and beverage service and guest engagement.
* Effective leadership and communication skills in a multicultural setting.
* Solid understanding of cost control, inventory systems, and compliance regulations.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
