What You Will Do
Supervise and oversee daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring all guests receive service in line with Four Seasons standards of excellence.
Conduct opening procedures including unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities, and organizing service areas for smooth operations.
Carry out closing procedures at the end of each shift, ensuring all reports and checklists are accurately completed.
Schedule and supervise the team, monitor performance, and manage payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
Utilize the hotel s POS system to process sales, print and close checks, and generate end-of-day revenue reports.
Ensure adequate supply levels by ordering and maintaining stock for daily operations.
Coach, guide, and train the team on service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement to consistently deliver memorable experiences.

Work Authorization
The hotel will apply for the necessary work authorization for the successful candidate.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury five-star hotel or high-end lobby lounge in the Middle East.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Female candidates are highly preferred due to the nature of the role.
