Roles & Responsibilities
Working as a Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inns brand service style and behavior; you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department with the support of the Director of Operations. Youll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. Were seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets and banquet services.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences in line with IHG standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver innovative menus and promotions.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and implement cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:
- 5-7 years of F&B management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Preferably with IHG brand experience.
- Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local dining trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
- Passion for guest satisfaction and food & beverage innovation.
