Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts that align with market trends and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and waste reduction, to maximize profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a diverse team of staff, ensuring high levels of service and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections of food and beverage offerings to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that reflect local ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust offerings and improve service efficiency continuously.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to safeguard staff and guests.
  • Forge relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products are delivered.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and special functions to increase visibility and drive sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a strong foundation in food and beverage operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, ideally within a high-volume establishment.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene practices, reflecting a commitment to industry standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to an international clientele.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions for operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff and guests alike.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software to streamline operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment.
  • A passion for food and beverage trends, alongside creative thinking to enhance guest experiences and drive innovation.
