Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with table setup, organization, and dining room preparation
Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and service timing
Serve food and beverages professionally and according to standards
Interact with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and service areas
Manage menus by reading and verifying information accurately
Support smooth workflow in fast-paced service periods
Move, lift, and handle items up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
Stand, walk, and perform physical service duties for extended periods
Navigate sloping or uneven surfaces safely during service
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene practices
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure uniform compliance
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
Assist individuals with disabilities as required
Perform other service-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
