Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide attentive and professional service to guests across various F&B outlets (e.g., restaurant, bar, in-room dining, events).
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner.
Set up and clear tables or service stations as required.
Assist with buffet or event setups and breakdowns.
Support bar operations including beverage preparation and service (if trained).
Deliver in-room dining orders and handle guest requests promptly.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
Multi-outlet or cross-training experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset.

Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
