Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily store or sales operations, ensuring products are stocked, displayed, and meet company standards. • Manage and motivate sales or merchandising teams, set targets, monitor performance, and provide training. • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and resolve stock concerns. • Analyze sales data and market trends to improve product visibility, drive sales, and maintain competitiveness. • Maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by resolving issues, enforcing policies, and executing promotions effectively.
